Language and Culture

Beyond the fact that we complement each other not just on a cultural level with new discoveries that might come from anywhere, but on a genetic level with the constant refreshing of DNA which helped us conquer time, the capacity to integrate. The diversity orthodoxy and sub-moral integration that has destroyed many our neighborhoods is a premeditated plan of the transhumanist new world order, and by that I mean despite socioeconomic relationships, language, culture and basic standards of civil behavior.

Language itself is a form of enrichment that elevates society’s IQ in its complexity, some of the first signs of the cultural decline show up in the language and the way we communicate, constant repetition and falling back in the emotional rhythm, or cadence, can be a sign of a distressed culture. This phenomenon is reflected by the insidious retailing of the economic system but also by the reactionary nature of the neoliberal movement. Cultural decline expresses itself in many ways, and hopefully remains on the outskirts of society if we promote the right behavior.

Language is also open to the Trojan Horse approach, words and concepts that embedded in the culture we come to believe and repeat full of conviction, because we were programed that way. If used with nefarious intentions any media outlet can be used to promote the corruption. There are recent examples of the attempts at manipulating us into the manic-depressive condition, like the "me too” frenzy and the word "collusion" which is intentionally vague to generate the current political witch hunt, and countless other concepts that have been dropped in the culture.

The music we listen to, television and all forms of artistic expression are important. You don’t want to censure them but they have to come from a place of respect. We get in trouble when we promote violence, sexual promiscuity and decadence, and censorship becomes the manifest answer. As much as the religious doctrines cause the dissent and decay, conversely promoting corruption causes the inevitable suppression, and that’s the predicament of enrichment. Something can be morally right and impossible to do which is in the end all it means.

I don’t know how it happened or when but we have many of the answers in our own language, we must’ve forgotten a lot of things when we strayed from certain traditions. There is a wisdom and logic to our language that promotes growth in the context of the traditions allowing our own innate intuition as individuals to develop, a sort of interactive cognitive development related to the socialization process that also makes literature extremely important (while math and science expand our understanding of the universe).

The first surprise so far was the power knowledge has, the second one is how incredible human evolution is and how well we measure up, in fact we are extremely advanced. We are just a very young species and probably don’t have a concept of the time scales involved, not to mention the religious assault. The most puzzling thing is the relationships between what we consider intelligence, adaptation, moral awareness, and civilized behavior. I consider awareness a special relationship with pain that shapes the way we see the universe defining us in a knowledge out of reach for most species, we call it virtue and a realization of self. We displace the pain and create the spaces so we can manage time, build houses and have structures that can help us see a future together in our political mind, but when it fails it hurts a little bit more too which makes us digress and become aggressive. It is really a long view if we find the way to take care of the pain that awakens the soul and resolve the future.

We all go looking for the internal conflict, some turn it into pain and some turn it into learning, or maybe it’s always a little bit of both, pain and understanding. It is gravity and the nature of the decadence we must curb. It is also for us the fight between good and evil and the moral coefficient, a social interaction that is a form of intelligence, the lights turned on. Love is the conversation that is bigger than the internal conflict we gravitate to, like the heart is a little to the left. A balancing act with a faraway horizon we grabbed hold of and stretched out imagination creating the idiosyncrasies and refuges, the political condition. It is really just a center of gravity, every time we say something, we suggest something else...I hear you - I like you - Don’t touch that - I understand…That is really what respect is all about, the exercise of an economy and a potential, without which the internal conflict becomes pain again and your horizon really small and ambiguous. It is really immanentized space and somewhat of an ambiguous axis, that creates the expectations and anxiety, yours to discover.

This makes us diverse and ambiguous and flawed, and perfect in the overall picture if we can define the common ground in the effort to be kind and work with each other. One can see the development of language here and how the words form, some are like the hashtag and some constitute a more specific refuge, like verbs and nouns moving in unison to explain reality and taking on a relative meaning sometimes, part of our stretched universe and a range of motion at the same time that make history relevant. This produces a feeling, a sense or taste, which to be honest is mostly what we look for, making that connection. Words have little meaning outside of that, except when we get into very technical conversations. In general there is a balance in all these layers of learning. We also find that education improves the cultural level but it cannot replace it.
