The Rush to the Bottom

There is a form of decadence shared by the left and the right that is the direct result of an interpretation of the constitution and western philosophy completely unrelated to the historical left’s opposition to capitalism. They are as much a result of these moral currencies as they are the incipient antagonism. A form of ethical exceptionalism that gives liberals their attributes and makes them proclaim open borders and civil rights at the same time as well as have a general contempt for the law and social institutions. 

 

As in these were the forces behind Playboy and the “progressive” thinking that brings us Hugh Heffner and Larry Flint’s defense of the first amendment. Generally, they are more responsible for the conditions of the culture in America than any corporation or Wall Street investor, although one cannot make a distinction between the person that defends the first amendment to sell pornography or economic violence, in terms of unadulterated corruption. They are as much the equivalency as they are each other’s negation, a moral deficit generated by a form of fiscal indolence. Unfortunately, labor and other legitimate expectations find themselves fighting for space in the grinder of guns and liberalism, in the simplified currencies of the stupefied consumption.

 

It is the Pontification versus Animalization where liberals made certain assumption about morality due to the churches commoditization, we arrive at conclusions that continue to generate pressure as a result of the deprived currency and the historical left and right paradigm. It dates back to the infamous Victorian Masquerades and the Roman Orgies and can barely blame its consequences on the economic system it engenders. It is misguided, confused, aggressive and defiant, claiming rights that rival the fundamentalist embrace of the cold currency that freezes the heart.

 

While the conservatives’ cruel economic approach is the cause of much of the environmental damage it is the liberal left that has single handedly corrupted the culture through the mainstream media and entertainment industry. They have owned the last sixty years with their unconscionable frivolity where we get reality television, True Blood, The Walking Dead and most other obscene and violent material. Both parties are unable the make the right distinctions, but it is the Democrats who collect most of the filth, and they cannot distinguish anymore between the oppressed and the morally depraved, between the man performing a sexual act on another on HBO and the kid dying of hunger in Africa. The Republicans being the main drivers of the economic disparities continue to generalize and become even more entrenched unable to understand the effects of their own obstinance. It is easy to see the wheels of corruption spinning and the virus replacing the assumptions every single day. 

 

The enrichment can be produced by loathing or the depravation of resources that floods the senses and makes us impervious to other realities. Although we feel that we are arriving at the right conclusions a more global exchange exists that determines the castrated center, without the necessary certainty we continue to speculate and generate the pollution. We end up promoting competition and claiming the sweet symmetrical equality, like the taxes holding up society with pin and needles, products that proliferate endlessly in the euphoria of the moment, like money and the tweets that start trending to become violent and produce the cognitive deficit.

 

Progressives today are dealing in human trafficking, votes and political promiscuity. With the economic system beyond reproach opposition to the conservative is what consumes them, the cultural negation becomes the result of cause and effect and eventually too big to fail. This generates the dangerous dynamics where they continue to lower the standard and play to the polls. One of the biggest phenomena of the twentieth century was the migration of African Americans from the south to thousands of towns and cities across the United States where they would remain isolated under extreme conditions in the inner cities. During the same time illegal immigration exploded from almost nonexistent to over twelve million people. The Anglo-Saxon population is down to three hundred thousand in Dade County and leaving in roves Broward and West Palm Beach counties as well, a scenario that repeats throughout the country. The crime ratio in these areas usually goes up to 500 per square mile compare to 70 per square mile in the rest of the state.

 

Time and space lose their meaning in a political game that is desensitizing otherwise demographics would be utterly irrelevant, and the larger the area tied up in self-fulfilling dogma the faster the rush to the bottom and displacement of energy, which is happening in a massive scale. The transient condition makes everybody unhappy, uprooted form actual economic relationships they are the source of much of the social tensions today. Latin America accounts for two thirds of the total population of the continent closing in on six hundred million people covering about seventy percent of all habitable land, with about forty million living in North America.

 

In America we fight a civil war in fifty states and three thousand counties, unable to settle down around and coalesce around any traditions. According to these doctrines no percentage of Latinos or African Americans in our social institutions would be enough representation, or any satisfying number of European Americans for that matter, we need more than fifty percent and often up to one hundred percent to be happy. There can’t be a fair number just a push for a majority which is reflective of the morally handicapped environment we live in, otherwise “minorities” would be overrepresented in many places. Though 10 percent of the U.S civilian labor force African Americans are 18 percent of the U.S government workers. They are 25 percent of the employees of Treasure and Veterans Affairs, 31 percent of the State Department, 37 percent of Department of Education and 38 percent of Housing and Urban Development. They are 42 percent of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 55 percent of the employees at the Government Printing Office and 82 percent at the Court Services. At the same time African American youth unemployment is at forty one percent despite the massive efforts from “affirmative action” programs. According to the article “The disappearing Black Middle Class” from the Chicago Sun Times on Julie 11^th, 2011 the medium net worth of white was about $134, 280 compared to $13,450 for black households. The article worries that the black middle class will be further decimated because they are overrepresented in the state and federal workforce.

 

        The Rush to the Bottom

 

A two thousand twelve study by the Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice revealed that in 2010 African American youths committed six times that of their counterparts. Similar statistics were released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the “Uniform Crime Reports”. They determined that in the year 2008 African American youths constituted 52 percent of the violent crime arrest, including 58 percent of homicide and 67 percent of robberies. The overall perspective of the criminal behavior of the illegal aliens is also grim. In a 2007 Government Accountability Office study of 55 000 random illegal aliens analysis discovered that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times averaging about eight arrest per illegal alien, 70 percent had between two and ten arrest and 26 percent eleven or more arrests. Drug offences counted for 46 percent of all offences and 12 percent were arrest for violent offences such as murder, assault and sex related crimes.

 

An FBI crime study on illegal alien involvement in criminal activity revealed these statistics.

 

-                Seventy percent of those on the most wanted list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.

 

-                One quarter of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals as are more than 40 percent of all inmates in Arizona and 48 percent in New Mexico jails.

 

 

-                Over 53 percent of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.

 

 

-                Sixty three percent of cited drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that number 98 percent are illegal aliens.

 

Almost thirty years after Broward County began discouraging Spring Break and the rowdy crows that flooded the area Urban Week has become a controversial event just down the road on South Beach. A total of 431 arrest were made during the 2012 event and police removed twenty-five guns from the crowd, which is typical of every year, with more than four fatal shooting. The New York Times has reported that most of the residents leave the area during an event that has become synonymous with bad behavior and over the top “parting”. Anywhere from 250 to 350 thousand visitors swarm the beaches of South Florida during Urban Week which usually last about five days. 

 

The violence and property crime have turned locals against the event, although officials have expressed their helplessness in the situation since the tourists are not showing up for a city permitted event but rather private activities. After a fatal shooting of an armed suspect in 2011 by police the city considered changing the allowable drinking hours and imposing curfew, but both ideas were meet with resistance. Also rejected was an initiative to make the festival a city-sanctioned event.

 

Instead the police department was left with no choice but to increase the turnout of law enforcement and take a tougher stance on minor infraction. Nearly 600 officers flooded the streets, lanes closed on the causeways leading to South Beach and license plate readers were used to check for outstanding warrants, stolen cars and suspended licenses. City-rights groups immediately expressed their concern in a letter signed by executive director of the ACLU of Florida, Howard Simon, former president of the Greater Miami ACLU chapter John de Leon, and Bradford E. Brown, president of the Miami-Dade NAACP, which said that Miami officials were attempting to make this event as difficult as possible implying that they were trying to discourage African Americans from visiting Miami; when in reality they were just trying to bring some civility to the event for everyone to enjoy.

 

But when did it go wrong? On June 6 of 1990 District Judge Jose Gonzalez found the song As Nasty as They Wanna Be of the group 2 Live Crew obscene in front of a pack court house in Miami, effectively making it illegal to sell the album or perform its songs in three South Florida counties. Two years later the Court of Appeals for the eleventh Circuit in Atlanta overturned the decision, finding that the judge had “insufficient grounds” to issue such ruling. Robin Blummer, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida said both the reversal and the subsequent U. S Supreme Court refusal to hear the case “resoundingly beat back any attempt at censorship…and has licensed musicians to be as expressive as they want to be.” – Recently though Time Warner has heard the cry from both conservatives and some black activists jointly decrying violent rap lyrics.
